About My Business:


Wayne was previously in the banking business with his last posting being as CEO of Stry Credit Union, a multi branched company whose head office was in Vancouver and which he successfully merged with the BC Teachers Credit Union prior to the financial meltdown in 1981. Previous to that he was the 2nd in command & Manager of Capital Finance for the Delta Credit Union (now Envision Financial) and before that held positions as Branch Manager & the Senior Mortgage Development Manager with Vancity Credit Union. Wayne joined NRS Block Bros. Realty in October 1980 and achieved every award the company offered, including top producer (both locally and nationally) from 1981 until he was asked to Chair the Board of Directors in 1994-1995 and spearhead the sale of the company. Wayne has been a high achiever with Sutton Group Seafair Realty since joining the company several years ago. He has won the Director’s and Platinum awards for that company and is also a Gold Master Member of the Medallion Club with the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Currently serving as DIRECTOR OF TRAINING, REALTOR®, SRES® at Sutton Group Seafair Realty: At Sutton Group Seafair Realty we provide each of our newly signed up REALTOR®'s with up to 50 hours of post licensed training over between 6 to 10 months. This "on the street" training, including consistently writing enforceable Contract of Purchase and Sale documents for all of the most common real estate transactions; the 5 Major buyer & Seller lead generation systems; setting up a spectacular website; Spreadsheet use in creative lead advertising & buyer/seller qualifications; creating a 25 page "Comparative Market Analysis" using Fusion, MLXchange; Municipal GIS Programs; the basic Re-zoning process & working with "City Hall" and; keeping current with all forms of "Real Estate Technology". One on one Mentoring is also available on a 25% referral fee only if the REALTOR® negotiates a completed transaction. To his Training Group, Wayne is available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week for new agent consultation via email or telephone in addition to his regular working hours.
