About My Business:

 

Since 2001 I have partnered with large and small companies providing behavioral assessments. I work closely with my clients to make sure we are identifying the correct behaviors for "best fit" in the various positions they are filing. My goal is always to help hire the best available applicant by identifying (before the hire) a candidate's strong and not so strong behaviors and skills (competencies) as they relate to the job to be done. Assessing your current workforce using Winslow Behavioral Assessment's feedback improves your employee's performance by pinpointing a person's strengths and/or areas of weakness. This then provides a starting point for professional improvement. I am and Elite Consultant with Winslow Research, a certified coach through Hudson Institute and an Associate with Emergenetics Selection Profile (attention to detail, business spelling, verbal comprehension and multi-tasking ability). I love working with hiring managers, recruiters and HR professionals around creating a stronger workforce.
