Ana C. Zecca specializes in representing clients in the sale and purchase of their single-family residences, condos, commercial properties, land, apartments and preconstruction projects including Short Sales and REO listings. Before joining Alaez & Associates, Inc, Zecca was the VP of Sales and Marketing for United Real Estate Group, LLC, located in Coral Gables, Florida. Some of the neighborhoods covered in the local markets are Miami, South Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, Doral, Kendall, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Pembroke Pines, Ft. Lauderdale, Davie, Weston, Plantation, and in the international markets, the United Kingdom Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica just to mention few. Zecca takes pride in keeping current information on the above mentioned markets, and is quite knowledgeable about the local business and surrounding areas. Back in 2005, I was recruited and joined VIR as DOSM, a well known RE company with over 150 sales associates. Here I was responsible for Opera Tower, a preconstruction condo project with 635 units in Miami with a projected sellout of $150,000 million. Today is a fully operational condo hotel in Biscayne Corridor. Liaison between the costumers, the developer, sales agents locally and internationally handling contract negotiations, sales and marketing reports, sales presentations, creating the advertising, handling the budget and public relations. Team Leader for 30 sales executives and office staff. In this capacity, I managed, recruited, hired and trained the sales executives and run the sales center with more than $50,000 million dollars in active sales contracts with successful closings. Launched marketed, positioned and advertised a condo-hotel of 102 units in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, with a projected sell-out of $53,000 Million Dollars. Recruited the sales team in South Florida and in Costa Rica, opened both sales centers and constantly traveled back in forth between the two projects. Responsible for the overall production of the sales department and worked with high end brokerage firms, direct consumers from around the globe thru one and one sales presentations, handled and supervised special company events, attended several trade shows and conducted sales presentations in Europe, Latin America in behalf of the company’s several projects Ana C. Zecca formerly was Director of Sales for The Standard, Miami, based in Miami Beach, Florida. Throughout her executuve career in Hospitality and Real Estate, she has honed her communications and customer relations skills in International Sales and Marketing, which has created a strong foundation for success in real estate sales. Personal In 1985, Zecca graduated from Watterson College in Sherman Oaks, CA with a degree in Travel & Tourism, which she applied for the past 19 years as a Sales & Marketing executive in the hospitality industry. She’s traveled to more than 27 countries promoting a variety of South Florida’s luxury resorts considered to be top leisure and business destinations in the U.S. She opened The Beach Bal Harbour Hotel in 2000 working for the Rubell Family. Back in 2003, Zecca was recruited by famous hotelier Andre Balazs to open The Standard, Miami. Her extensive background in sales, marketing and preopening experience gives her a unique perspective and advantage towards providing quality real estate service to her local and international clients. Ana Zecca has lived in Miami for 28 years; she’s in tune with the business sector and knows the city well. Originally from Costa Rica, Zecca spent her youth doing extra-curricular activities such as modeling, dancing and athletics and worked on several organizations related to her school. Current hobbies include spending time with the family, friends, traveling, and helping her clients and close friends save time and money.
